De Niro welcomed Gia, his seventh child, in spring 2023 with his girlfriend, Tiffany Chen. He has spoken openly about the joy she brings him, calling her “adorable” and “sweet.”

De Niro is already a father to six other children: Drena (56), Raphael (47), twins Julian and Aaron (28), Elliot (25), and Helen (12). He also has four grandchildren, including Drena’s son, Leandro, who passed away tragically last year.
De Niro has spoken about the unique experience of fatherhood at his age. He finds solace and joy in his daughter, stating that “everything” fades away when he looks at her.
